WSM Domains

WSMDomains is an okay domain registrar. It certainly provides all the necessary features and functions and it does so at a reasonable price. It is also quite easy to use but there is little about this registrar that sets it apart from the rest except the fact that it is a small business.

A variety of services are offered for free at WSMDomains including private domain registration which is free for all supported TLDs. A few other free services include DNS management (although it is not particularly advanced) and URL forwarding. Many other domain registrars charge a small fee for these services.

It is fairly easy to register and manage bulk domains at this site. They are great at suggesting other extensions and similar keywords when registering bulk domains. Management tools are fairly easy to use and certainly have all the necessary functions.

While it is easy to manage the entire group of domains it is difficult to manage smaller groups at a time because of the way it is set up. It is also easy to use the access management system at WSMDomains. They provide a simple way to delegate as well as full access to DNS management.

WSMDomains occasionally offers sales such as $2 off all domains for a "Happy New Year" sale. However, for the most part their prices remain stagnant at between $13 and $40 per year. It is actually quite tough to view their price chart, however, as it is very disorganized.

One thing that I do not like about WSMDomains is their lack of hosting. They offer links to a variety of valid sites for hosting purposes but I tend to prefer a one stop shop and that is something you will not get here. They link to HostMySite which is an actual affiliate of WSMDomains.

One great thing about WSMDomains is that it is a small business and they understand the needs of other small businesses. They are one of the few domain registrars that actually put a face to the person who operates their business. They are proud to offer great customers service.

Overall, this is certainly a good option when it comes to domain registrars. It leaves little to be desired and the only real downside is that there is nothing special or unique about it. With that said, it makes sense to choose a similar site that offers more features.
