Irish Domains

Usability
IrishDomains looks professional and operates in a similar manner to most registrars on the Web. Sign on and enter your desired domain name into the form to get started. Separate tabs also highlight the company's hosting and VPS services.

Domain Privacy
Unfortunately, IrishDomains does not offer privacy options for domains you register from them. According to the privacy policy, it is a condition of registration that the registrant (you) consents to [personal] information being made available for the purposes of registration."

Bulk Registration and Management
The search will post available domains with other extensions, and you can readily add those to your cart. At this time, IrishDomains does not provide a way to register bulk domains with different URLs. The registrar does not appear to have options for managing domains in bulk, either.

Access Level and Delegating
IrishDomains does provide reseller hosting if you'd like to purchase more space than you need and sell it to other consumers. You can apply for domains, delegate resources and use the company's billing software. IrishDomains does not provide user levels for domain registrations separately from Web hosting.

Pricing and Coupons
IrishDomains offers yearly domain registration starting at 4.95 euros for ".co.uk" extensions. ".Ie" extensions start at 11.95 per year; although, you can save money by registering your domain for more than one year at a time. Most generic TLDs, including ".com" and ".org," cost 8.95 euros annually, which is competitive pricing. Some specialized domains cost as much as 80 euros yearly. The business often runs promotions, and while there is a place for you to enter a coupon code during checkout, you might have difficulty finding usable codes.

Management Summary
If you want an easy-to-use dashboard, IrishDomains provides it. However, this might not be the best option for you if you absolutely have to manage multiple domain names. IrishDomains uses Parallel's Plesk software for both its hosting and domain customers, so you won't have to practice with unfamiliar, proprietary software. There's plenty of support for Plesk around; although, the support section on IrishDomains is lacking in screenshots and videos.

IrishDomains has a clean layout that's easy to use and competes with the big boys. With competitive prices, IrishDomains is the perfect place to buy a domain if your website or business is based in Ireland. If you're looking for a generic extension or bottom-line prices, you might find this small registrar too cramped.
