DomainPeople

Domain People is a nuts and bolts kind of registrar with all the essentials and an intuitive interface that makes bulk domain management easy. In addition, they offer reasonable prices and a great community for those interested in reselling their domains.

Bulk domain registration is easy at Domain People as long as you are registering less than 50 domains. Otherwise, you have to go directly through their customer service department and it takes a bit longer. There are great discounts for bulk registrations too.

Domain management is almost too simplistic at Domain People but it is not missing any of the necessities. Access levels and delegation is easy as is DNS management. It is fairly intuitive and it makes bulk domain management an easy task.

Private domain registration is free for the first year which is a nice bonus that very few sites offer. After the first year, though, it is $9.95 to renew the private registration which is on par with similar registrars.

Domain People seems to have constant discounts and sales which is great if you are willing to shop around a bit in terms of extensions. Most extensions range from about $12 per year to about $140 which is slightly more expensive than other registrars.

The reselling section of Domain People is excellent. Signing up for an account is free and they provide a full service of assistance and support and only take a small commission fee which is entirely worth it if you are interested in reselling domain names right from your own website.

Hosting through Domain People is okay. The prices are low at between $10 and $15 per month and they include limited e-mail accounts. However, they do not have some of the added features that other sites include such as a free blog or SSL certificate.

In terms of management, Domain People does a nice job. They advertise that their interface is intuitive and makes management easy and it does. It is very simple and basic which makes it ideal for those who are just starting out with managing domains or those who prefer simplicity.

Overall, this is a good registrar. It is especially great for those looking to resell their domains or those who prefer a simple solution to management. It is a little bit more expensive to register domains and does lack some "extras" in terms of web hosting packages, though.
