NameVault

Using NameVault.com was a streamlined process, which I could appreciate. There was not too much information on the homescreen, I was able to process what I was reading. The prices for individual domains was posted clearly on the home page. I new immediately what pricing structure I was dealing with, which is one of the first things I consider before I go any further. Searching for a domain name was simple, the search featured worked quickly. It gave me an extensive list of domain names available. It also included domain names I could register for up to ten years. Usability was user friendly.

Namevault had privacy features that are standard with other registrar and one I hadn't seen before. WhoIs was offered to protect my information but namevault also offered domain theft protection which can prevent your domain name being accidentally transferred or even stole. Having domain name lost was never a scenario I had considered. I thought this feature was informative and helpful.
Namevault had bulk registration available although I wasn't able to see prices I could reasonably assume what they might have been based on what I saw with individual domain names.

I thought the bulk tools available through namevault seemed to be helpful feature. All of your sites can be managed through it's intuitive panel. Being able to manage several sites from one location can be a timesaver which translates in one or another to money savings.

I liked that the pricing was visible and clear. Although not absurdly high the prices were a little higher then what I've seen with other registrars.

The site's appearance seemed a little less exciting then what I've seen with other sites. Although, readable and clear the graphic design didn't seem as dynamic as I might expect from a site that specializes in helping access and build sites. Leaving me with doubts as to how helpful the website building feature might be. The pricing I also thought could have been a little lower.

I appreciated the domain theft feature the most as it was both an educational opportunity and a practical tool as well. I also thought the no downtime advertised for site transfers would be very useful as not having your site running for even a short period of time can be damaging. Overall, I would recommend this site as it is quite decent and like many other registrars, it had many features that seemed like they would be helpful to the client.
