NameJuice.com

NameJuice.com is a domain registrar that is straightforward and functional. While it lacks some of the bells and whistles of comparable registrars it gets the job done in terms of registration, renewal, transfer, and basic hosting. In fact, if you use Name Juice you have to also use their hosting as domain names come as a package deal. This can be a pro or a con depending upon your needs when it comes to domain registration and management. The only thing that I do not really like about Name Juice is that they only offer nine top level domain extensions which limits the possible registration options.

Each domain comes with the following features: basic hosting package, free domain privacy, e-mail forwarding, full DNS control, domain locking, and a free parked page. These features are nice if you are looking to register a domain and create a usable site all through one registrar. The control panel is just as straightforward as the website itself at NameJuice.com. It has all the essential features and is extremely simple to use features such as access levels, delegating, SSL certificates, and so on.

Bulk domain registration at Name Juice does not make much sense because each domain costs around $35 per year since the package comes with hosting and the additional features mentioned above. While the control panel could certainly manage multiple domains I do not think anyone looking to register in bulk should use this site. There are also no bulk discounts which can be a turn off.

Pricing is very straightforward at Name Juice which is something that I like. Each domain costs $35 for one year but prices continue to decrease depending upon the number of years you are willing to commit. You can also add on any of the following features for an additional price: search engine submission, premium hosting, and POP3 e-mail. When you consider everything that comes with the domain registration, the pricing is really reasonable.

Overall, Name Juice is a good place to go for a “one stop shop” if you are looking to create a quick and functional website. The pricing is reasonable and the control panel is easy to use. It is not, however, a good option for anyone looking to register bulk domains or wanting the option to use outside hosting services. It is a bare bones sort of website that it appealing for those who do not need any special features.
