Advanced Internet Technologies (AIT)

Usability
AIT's domain registration page seems a little oudated, but you'll easily see current prices for specific extensions and features like hosting. A login link exists in the navigation bar, so you can access your existing account, while the domain search bar is above the fold.

Domain Privacy
At this time, AIT offers private registration for your domains. You can add it after registration; although, you'll have to contact support.

Bulk Registration and Management
While you cannot register new domains in bulk, you can transfer domains in bulk from your existing registrar to AIT. You can also renew multiple domains at once from within your control panel.

Access Access Levels and Delegating
AIT's hosting service includes reseller packages, which allow you to create accounts with other domains. You can also grant access to subdomains or directories in your account with FTP users.

Pricing and Coupons
AIT offers pretty competitive prices, and this may be the deciding factor when you're looking for someplace to register domains and host your websites. For example ".biz" domains cost less than $3 per year, while you're looking to spend three times that for a ".info" or $10.68 for a ".com". Host also costs less than $3 per month with this company.

Management Summary
The control panel is as simple as the main website. If you want something flashy, you'll need to look elsewhere than AIT. However, it's easy enough to find what you need from within that dashboard, and the ability to renew multiple domains at the same time is convenient. Your control panel is sectioned into parts for account info, domain management, transfer management, managing accounts and support.

What I Don't Like
The website interface could use updating and expanded support. For example, The support section could use more screenshots, if not video tutorials. You might also experience some issues with the navigation, which likes to stick as you hover over it. I frequently had issues opening the "Support" menu because the login form kept popping up instead.

What I Like
AIT is one of the companies that puts a few cents back in your pocket with its affiliate program. If you're a good salesman, you might not even have to pay for your services.

The Bottom Line
AIT will help you do exactly what you need to do if you want to purchase and run one or two websites from the same company.
